The road to producing a bottle of our claret is long. It begins with the pruning of the vines in the month of February. It continues with the extensive care we give to the plants during the subsequent months and it culminates with the harvest of the grapes in the month of September and the process of making wine out of them. We do everything ourselves, following the advice of our parents and grandparents, while also applying the newest tendencies in terms of conservation and analysis.
